-Online or in Nature
Is it time for a new season in your life?
Are you starting something new?
Or maybe you are not quite there yet, but feel a bit stuck and longing for change.
Then maybe life coaching is something for you.
With life coaching the aim is for you to:
- Get more clarity over what you’re already in the middle of and what’s next for you. Whether at home, work, or in your relationships with yourself and others.
- Feel more skilful in taking the next right steps before you.
- Get to know yourself better and become more self-aware and present in your life.
- Have dedicated support accompanying you with kindness, perspective, insights, and practical tools.
We meet online or outside in a park or nature reserve in Oxford. On a regular basis we agree on.
Sessions are between 60-90min and can be in English, Spanish, or Danish.
Please contact me for session fees and packages.
Why Work in Nature? – A Special Opportunity
Do you feel that being in nature is good for you and wish you did it more?
We know from research that being in nature can help our bodies and minds relax, revitalise, and be more creative.
My experience working with clients in nature is that in addition it can serve as a mirror, an inspiration, and a playful non-judgmental space to actively explore your life in a more embodied way.
If this sounds appealing then maybe exploring your inner world outside is for you.
